Robinson Entities is not an ordinary provider
With entrepreneurship as our focus, we concentrate on finding each person's unique skill set. Once identified, we assist each person in developing a plan to share their talents in a way in which it will benefit themselves and the world around them. As a subsidiary goal, Robinson Entities also seeks to maintain each person's health and fitness goals to improve everyone's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

In partnership with people we support, our focus is on helping each person achieve their highest potential. KHAYREE ROBINSON
Founder
Dedicated, compassionate, and visionary, Khayree is the founder of Robinson Entities, bringing over 20 years of dedicated service to disadvantaged populations. With a lifelong commitment to uplifting others, he continues to invest his time and energy into organizations that share his philanthropic mission. Known for his jovial personality and huge heart. Khayree's life is led with compassion, purpose and genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
TROY TRIBBLE
President of the Board of Directors
Bringing global perspective and leadership to the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities, Troy uses his expertise and heart for service to advance opportunities for people with disabilities and promote inclusion on a global scale. Troy has traveled the world building connections across cultures and industries. His experiences abroad have deepened his commitment to helping people everywhere reach their fullest potential.
KENDRA BROWN
Executive Director
Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Kendra has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With years of experience working alongside advocacy groups, she brings both compassion and expertise to every interaction. Known for her big heart and unwavering commitment to equity and inclusion, Kendra continues to champion the rights and dignity of those who need it most. Through purpose driven leadership and collaboration, Kendra keeps a keen focus on the organization's mission and the people it serves.
LAMAR BROWN
Chief Operations Officer
Driven by integrity and a deep compassion for others, Lamar is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for inclusion and growth within the community. His work reflects a belief that real impact comes from empowerment of each person supported as he continues to help build stronger, more connected communities.

Through community partnerships and person-centered approach, Barry works to enhance program quality, promote independence and continually enhance the lives of each person supported. With a strong commitment to empowering people with disabilities, Barry leads with compassion and fosters an environment where everyone can flourish.
Services
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Community Development Services focuses on cultivating the skills necessary to secure community connections. Whether a person wants to develop socially, educational or wishes to pursue employment, we support each person's Person-Centered Plan to meet and exceed their needs.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Employment Services focuses on training and educating people in the field in which they desire to work. Once trained, we constantly strive for job placement that will give the person access to the employment experience they choose. After securing gainful employment, we focus on promotion, constantly improving the skills of the person we support.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
Where traditional employment placement is not feasible, an assessment is completed to identify a person's own skill that could generate self-employment opportunities. Once a person identifies the type of business they want to create, we will assist in the development, creation and management of the person's business plan.
DAY HABILITATION
Through our Day Habilitation program, we focus on each person's Person-Centered Plan, giving the person the ability to choose their activity each day. Although center-based, the Day Habilitation program is a conglomerate of our Community Development Services and Employment Services, which also focuses on maximizing community involvement.
HEALTH & FITNESS
Where feasible, Robinson Entities will identify personal fitness goals and assist each person in achieving them. Gym memberships, daily exercise, nutrition planning, and health education will be offered to each person as a bonus.
