Khayree's life is led with compassion, purpose and genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others. 

President of the Board of Directors

Bringing global perspective and leadership to the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities, Troy uses his expertise and heart for service to advance opportunities for people with disabilities and promote inclusion on a global scale. Troy has traveled the world building connections across cultures and industries. His experiences abroad have deepened his commitment to helping people everywhere reach their fullest potential.

Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Kendra has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With years of experience working alongside advocacy groups, she brings both compassion and expertise to every interaction. Known for her big heart and unwavering commitment to equity and inclusion, Kendra continues to champion the rights and dignity of those who need it most. Through purpose driven leadership and collaboration, Kendra keeps a keen focus on the organization's mission and the people it serves. 

Chief Operations Officer

Driven by integrity and a deep compassion for others, Lamar is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for inclusion and growth within the community. His work reflects a belief that real impact comes from empowerment of each person supported as he continues to help build stronger, more connected communities. 

Chief Financial Officer

Passionate about creating positive change, Ariel uses her financial acumen to strengthen the organization’s mission of empowering and supporting disadvantaged populations. Her ability to combine fiscal responsibility with compassion ensures that every resource is maximized to make a meaningful impact in the community.  

Director - Residential Services

Through community partnerships and person-centered approach, Barry works to enhance program quality, promote independence and continually enhance the lives of each person supported. With a strong commitment to empowering people with disabilities, Barry leads with compassion and fosters an environment where everyone can flourish.

Director - Day Services

Driven by a passion for empowering others, Myosha Elbourne is deeply committed to creating opportunities that promote purpose, inclusion, and determination. With a person-centered approach and a dedication to compassionate support, she believes every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, build meaningful connections, and achieve their personal goals with dignity and confidence. Through leadership, advocacy, and genuine care, Myosha continues to make a lasting impact by helping individuals reach their fullest potential within their communities.

Passionate about creating opportunities for others, Melissa is committed to breaking barriers and helping individuals achieve meaningful, long-term employment.
