Services 

Community Development Services focuses on cultivating the skills necessary to secure community connections. Whether a person wants to develop socially, educational or wishes to pursue employment, we support each person's Person-Centered Plan to meet and exceed their needs.

Employment Services focuses on training and educating people in the field in which they desire to work. Once trained, we constantly strive for job placement that will give the person access to the employment experience they choose. After securing gainful employment, we focus on promotion, constantly improving the skills of the person we support.

Where traditional employment placement is not feasible, an assessment is completed to identify a person's own skill that could generate self-employment opportunities. Once a person identifies the type of business they want to create, we will assist in the development, creation and management of the person's business plan.

Through our Day Habilitation program, we focus on each person's Person-Centered Plan, giving the person the ability to choose their activity each day. Although center-based, the Day Habilitation program is a conglomerate of our Community Development Services and Employment Services, which also focuses on maximizing community involvement.

Where feasible, Robinson Entities will identify personal fitness goals and assist each person in achieving them. Gym memberships, daily exercise, nutrition planning, and health education will be offered to each person as a bonus.

Through compassionate, high-quality personal support services, we assist individuals with developing daily living skills, increasing independence, accessing community resources, maintaining meaningful routines, and strengthening self-advocacy. We recognize that every person’s journey is unique, which is why our supports are tailored to honor individual preferences, strengths, needs, and aspirations. 

Community Living Services are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and comfortable home environment where individuals can thrive with dignity, independence, and personalized care. We understand how important it is to find the right placement for your loved one, which is why we focus on creating nurturing homes that promote stability, meaningful relationships, community involvement, and personal growth.

Our dedicated support professionals provide individualized assistance with daily living activities, medication management, meal preparation, transportation, community engagement, and skill-building based on each person’s unique needs and goals. We believe every individual deserves a place to feel valued, respected, empowered, and truly at home.
